Being a writer is hard. Being a college student struggling with organisation that writes on the side of everything else feels even harder. I've been working on the new draft of Girl in Pain since July though unfortunately not with the consistency I had hoped for. But let me tell you what a journey it has been.

I started writing this book in January 2017 after deciding the fate of its first chapter before May 2016, when it was just something I had written during a lesson in high school. Never had I expected that one day, some months later, I'd find that piece of paper and see a potential for a whole story. For a book. But here we are, over three years later and over 27000 words written (not many, but still a good amount). The first draft is turning into the second and I can't help but feel a bit proud. It's my first project and the one I had the strenght and determination to finish.

The editing is going better than expected, especially with all the breaks in between, and the new version is finally available on Inkitt! Every Friday at 23:00 CET / 5 pm EST / 3:30 am IST I'll update a new edited chapter for you to read.

Also, I might have created a new cover :)
