A Bit About Me

Hi!

SOSimons is the pen name I write under and publish my novels and short stories with. I started writing back in 2013 in Italian before switching to English in 2016 and publishing my books on the writing and reading sites Inkitt and Wattpad. My works are mostly young/new adult drama and adventure romance. In 2022 I self-published my first poetry collection, Naked Like Shadows, on Amazon.

I have far too many WIPs, and notes scribbled down for me to pick them all up and actually write them down, but that doesn’t seem to stop me from finding new plots.

When I’m not studying or hanging out with friends, you can find me on my couch with my nose stuck in between a book and a hot cup of tea in my hand or typing some new idea that came to my mind.

As of January 2024, I am a psychologist with a master's in sciences and studying to become a psyhotherapist. 

I've always enjoyed learning languages at school; at the moment, I speak four languages (English, French, German, and Italian) fluently, and I recently resumed studying Chinese and Spanish.
